We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Start Your Return or Exchange Online
   Visit dress-wrap.com to initiate your return or exchange. Follow the instructions to generate a prepaid return label.
2. Pack Your Item Securely
   Place the item in its original packaging, including all tags and protective covers.
3. Ship Your Return
   Attach the prepaid label and drop off your package at the designated carrier location.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items, including accessories and limited-edition pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and select “Exchange” at checkout.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
